Charleston Founders Long Sleeve

The first shirt and hoodie I received was off centered but not enough that I called about it. I noted that on my first review and didn't think anything else about it. The next day I received an email stating that my order was being processed for no charge. I sent an email asking why an order was being processed and was told that they were going to redo the order and make it right. I was shocked at the amazing costumer service. I can't say enough good things about this company. You just don't see this type of costumer service anymore these days. I also just received the new order and the shirt and hoodie are perfect! Thank you again for caring about your costumer's.
